In The MISC of Asia, Let's Go With Thai!

Franklin Avenue is just one of the best streets in Crown Heights. Filled with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping… you can find all that you need there!

It was one of those cold rainy days and I was strolling down the lonely streets of Brooklyn. Okay, enough with that narrative. Long story short I just wanted to feel warm inside. I wanted to get some buns from Bunsmith but they didn’t open until 5PM. I walked down to MISC because initially I wanted Ramen, but then I realized that they serve Thai. For me, Thai food trumps everything else.

I ordered the calamari, spicy basil sauce with vegetarian duck, and fried ice-cream. I won’t go into too much detail because this is all simple yet generic dishes for me at this point. However, it is worth going. The menu is filled with all your asian favorites from ramen to pork buns and also fried rice. The prices isn’t your typical cheap Thai restaurant but it’s also Franklin Avenue. The restaurant has an intimate ambience and the staff delivers a very attentive service.

Now that I know it’s here I’ll come back for more.
