Icelandic Seafood

Come vacation with me guys! Some of you may know that I travel often. I try and leave the country twice a year and travel nationally twice a year. Key word…TRY!

I'm currently in Reykjavík, Iceland and just finished an amazing fish and chips meal. The batter was so good that I didn't even care about the flavor of the actual fish. The fries were nothing to scream about but we won't hate on them either. A few shakes of salt and pepper made them do what they had to do.
Reykjavík has so many restaurants it's hard to choose. I just wanted a good old taste of beer battered fish and chips since I don't find that often in NY.
Iceland is a entire different topic. A totally different adventure. VERY FREAKING COLD! Expect to consume a lot of liquor/beer, lots of bread, and lots of smoked fish. They're known for their fish and the freshness gives them every reason to boast in that area. 😊
